Luis Solis, President & Managing Partner, is a business leader in corporate growth with extensive expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and logistics service provider operations. He served as Richmond American Homes' Chief Procurement Officer, and was the strategy/systems architect for USBuild, a pioneering Supply Chain solution for Production Homebuilding. He was instrumental in the formation of BMC West (builder materials dealer) as a buyout investor.

He is best known for leveraging supply-chain management to increase revenue and profit. His client relationships are based on the achievement of ROI through supply chain transformation, streamlining, or both.

His broad experience encompasses extended roles as operating executive, functional consultant, program office leader, project team leader, management consultant and private equity investor. He achieved his 20-year track record in the High Tech, Industrial, Consumer Goods, Homebuilding and Pharmaceuticals industries. Change management and supply chain integration have been common denominators across his consulting engagements and line operations, often with emphasis on how to make supply chain information systems deliver their intended economic return. Mr. Solis' private equity record was established at McCown de Leeuw & Co. and GE Capital.

He graduated with honors from Stanford University with a JD/MBA degree, and a BA with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.

Matt Sanders, Engagement Manager, delivers quantifiable bottom-line results for clients seeking to improve supply chain operations. Matt has been a leader of strategic operational improvement initiatives at several top 10 homebuilders, both as an employee and as a consultant. His depth of understanding of homebuilding purchasing and construction operations has helped to deliver on the promise of improved productivity and reductions in hard costs. He uses consistent, proven approaches to problem solving, and backs them up with rigorous analytical skills, to deliver effective, sustainable improvements.

Outside of homebuilding, Mr. Sanders has utilized his experience in process design, business analytics and project management to provide thought leadership for manufacturing companies and service providers across supply chain functional areas, such as procurement, materials management, and logistics. He is skilled in assembling smart, focused teams to identify and resolve supply chain operational issues, whether it be leveraging spend across operational units or suppliers, reducing production cycle times, improving labor utilization, measuring supplier performance, or improving product quality. Past clients have included Yellow Transportation, Solectron, Micromotion (Emerson Corporation), DirecTV, and other retail and manufacturing companies.

Mr. Sanders holds a masters degree in Supply Chain and Logistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree from Princeton University.

Alex Vieira, Program Manager, is supply chain consultant with extensive experience in business process, procurement, e-business, organization development and change management. He has more than sixteen years of consulting experience helping client implement transformations for breakthrough profitability. His areas of expertise include:

Representative include: McDonnell Douglas, General Motors, Rolls Royce, Bank of America, Chevron, Ball Aerospace, Price Pfister, The Walt Disney Company, Nike, Siemens Procurement and Logistics Services, International Paper, Standard Pacific Homes, John Laing Homes, Sotherby Homes, and BMCC (SelectBuild).

Mr. Vieira holds a MBA from California State University,Fullerton, and a BSME (Mechanical Engineering) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Lisa A. Prassack is a seasoned operations executive with 19 years experience in supply chain strategy, benchmarking, quality systems, process redesign and training. She specializes in working in tandem with innovators by providing critical business structure and implementation of new and existing business units and product lines to grow and sustain profitable business. Ms. Prassackƒs depth and breadth of experience brings a unique view to any organization in applying best practices to operations, product development, marketing and sales to grow and sustain profitable business.

Ms. Prassack has nine years experience in new process implementation across product design, sourcing, procurement, logistics, product use and disposal, and has helped to design and build truly innovative, world-class supply chains for manufacturing and services companies. She has spent the last eight years working as acting COO, Operational VP, VP Sales and Marketing to create new businesses and improving existing businesses from early stage to established Fortune 100 companies, and helped secure $200M of investment funds through fundraising and syndication of funding sources. She has held management and executive positions with Hewlett Packard, General Electric, Lexmark International, BoozàAllen & Hamilton, Inc., Avaya and DoubleClick.

Ms. Prassack holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Charles Maynard is recognized as a trusted strategic advisor to senior executives in a wide range of domestic and international companies in the supply chain management and collaborative commerce space. He has over 15 years of experience leading teams in the conception, design, and deployment of successful business transformations to position enterprises for competitive advantage.

Steadfast in high-pressure situations, Charles maintains a clear focus on value delivery and team cohesion to achieve sustainable top-line growth. This approach combines the strengths of client teams with his experience and knowledge gained through dozens of challenging, enterprise-wide initiatives. The domains of expertise from which he draws upon include corporate strategy design, business development, and supply chain optimization. Industries Charles has served include high-tech manufacturing, homebuilding, consumer packaged goods, financial services, and energy/utilities.

Charles has had the opportunity to lead innovative teams in implementing tangible benefits at companies such as Richmond American Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Gateway, Solectron, Hershey Foods, and Barclay's Bank UK. Prior to joining Symbius, Charles has worked for leading companies including Manugistics, Perot Systems, and Fannie Mae. He holds a BA degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.


Ethan Parker, Consultant Analyst, has over five years of experience in the production home building industry in the areas of land acquisition, HOA management, purchasing, and construction operations. Mr. Parker applies his extensive knowledge of home building operations, exceptional understanding of computer technology, and analytical ingenuity to operational improvement projects, with a goal of always providing clients with the simplest yet most effective solutions possible. His proven ability to solve problems stems from his ability to examine situations from different perspectives, to understand the needs of all players, and to avoid potential obstacles.

Mr. Parker holds a MBA from the University of Denver with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Venture Management, and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
